When she began her real estate career Dawn’s philosophy was simple, “treat my client’s like family members”.  Like many, she was tired of the customer “no service” you get when dealing with businesses today.  Dawn treats folks like her own.  She is very protective of her client’s and their buying or selling experience.  It is tough to buy or sell a home today.  Dawn wants the experience to be as smooth as it possibly can be.  This philosophy has served her well and she has found her customers come back to her time and time again and it means a lot when they refer family and friends.

Dawn is a Real Estate Professional specializing in listing and selling homes and land in Northwest Georgia.  She is a Million Dollar+ producer each year since 2008. Dawn has had training through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate to obtain the GRI designation which is one of the most intensive real estate achievements available to REALTORS nationwide.  She has over 80 hours in investment education as well as years of experience helping investors.  In addition, Dawn has obtained an Associate Broker’s license to further grow in the profession.  Dawn has participated in NWMAR Community Service projects from 2008—2017, and served as Chairman of that Committee for 3 years.  Dawn is the Past President of Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS.

For those in the market to Sell — Dawn has tested various marketing techniques and has found that today web & social media marketing is the most effective resource for reaching Buyer’s for her listings.  What sets her apart from other agents is that Dawn spends money on advertising your listing.  All listings on the MLS are automatically fed to the home search sites such as, Zillow, REALTOR.COM, etc., but Dawn stays on top of the latest ways to make your listing get noticed so that you get results! Facebook Ads are a new frontier in marketing your home and Dawn is on top of this trend.

For today’s Buyer — Dawn really listens to your specific needs and works to protect you in the process.  It is Dawn’s priority to help each buyer reach their goal of homeownership for the best home at the best price.  Her owner occupant client’s do not buy houses every day and the process is different than even 10 years ago. Dawn feels it is her job to educate & guide you so you can make the best, most educated decision.  Investors will appreciate Dawn’s extensive knowledge in residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.  Whether you are buying to flip, or buying to hold you will appreciate Dawn’s expertise.

Investors – Dawn has helped launch new investors into lucrative careers in ‘flipping’, or ‘buying and holding’ real estate.  She has had specialized investment training in this field and is ready to assist you to the extend you wish in investing in Real Estate.

Local websites – In addition, my homes are on the Atlanta Communities Website as well as my own personal website, www.greatgeorgiahomes.com.

Co-Star–  is the #1 Commercial Real Estate website.  I upload my commercial, land, and multi-family listings to this site.

FMLS & GAMLS– All of Atlanta Communities listings are posted to the two leading MLS services in metro Georgia.  So when the data is fed to the major home search websites your listing will be posted there twice.

Dawn is passionate about the real estate business but when she is not working she enjoys hiking, photography, going to concerts, & tennis.  Dawn is a native Georgian, born and raised in Marietta but has lived and worked in several areas of the Greater Metropolitan area and knows it well!
